Supreme Court. — It will be seen from our report that nothing was done iu the Supreme Court this morning but calling over the names of the j ury men aud adjourning the Court till Monday next. We much regret thst the adjournment has been rendered necessary by the continued indisposition of his Honor Mr Justice Johnston.
/"Bank of Kew Zealand. — The new building in Trafalgar-street intended for. this /bank is proceeding rapidly towards completion. Mr. Scott, the contractor, is evidently making the most of the fine weather with which builders have been favored. The roof is already on and ready for slating, and the main roof will, we understand, be ready next week. An extraordinary impetus seems to have been given to building of late, only the structures are less durable than the oue to which we bave drawn attention.
