Fraser Praises 2 NZEE's Courageous Action
DUNEDIN, Fri.' The Prime Minister (Mr. Fraser) said yesterday that he. greatly appreciated the fine patriotic gesture of the Second NZEF Association in reversing its opposition to compulsory military training. He realised that the association had not receded from the opinions it had previously expressed, but considered that it was its duty in the interests of the country not to oppose the proposal for compulsory military training. . , , "It is a most courageous action, ’ added Mr Fraser.
