BURGLARIES
ROTORUA. After having removed the electric light bulbs from their sockets as a precaution, a night prowler stole from two adjacent houses yesterday. Wallets were removed from clothing which was hanging in mhe bedrooms in which nm residents were sleeping. The intruder was not heard, although he apparently knocked, over a lamp in one house. The houses were those of Mr J. L. Gregory and Commander J. G. Cliff McCulloch.
