32 Teams For RSA Tourney

Thu’tv-two rinks have entered foi the Whangarei RSA Bowling Club's first open tournament which will be played next Saturday. The field will be divided into foui sections, A and B sections play on the RSA green and C and D at Whangarei. Section play will be five games over 11 ends and four wins or section ties will qualify. Games start at 8.45. The following is the first round draw:—

Section A: Macnay v Lowe, Gillespie v Englund. Crump v Dingle, Orr v Gribble. Section E: McDonald v Day. Williams v Richards, Wood v Olsen, Whitelaw v Walker. . .

Section C: Brewis v Boag. Finlayson v Corpe, Edgar v Weston. Knaggs v Simons. Section D: Whitham v Campi, Spiers v Jones, Fleming v Lambcss. Roberts v Clarkson. __ The following rinks will represent RSA: Judd, Hodren. Convers-Brown, Olsen; Sloane, Flux. Qunicey. Dingle: Wilson, Davison. Lane, Knaggs; Johnson, Murphy, Garland, Clarkson.
