South Africa's Indian Policy
PRETORIA, Fri. (10 a.m.).—The Minister of the Interior (Mr Donges) told a deputation from the South African Indian Organisation that the Government’s target was to reduce the South African Indian population to ‘‘the irreducible minimum” by a principle of repatriation. This would be applied in a friendly way with the assistance of other Governments concerned.
