Egyptian Lawyers Barred From Sudan
KHARTOUM, Fri. (10 aim.) A group of Egyptian lawyers, who defied a Sudan Government ban and left Cairo this morning in a specially chartered aii’craft, were refused permission to enter the Sudan to defend Sudanese charged in connection with recent disturbances at Atbara, on the Nile, during elections for Sudan’s first Legislative Assembly. When their plane landed at Wadi Haifa, the District Commissioner told them they must return to Egypt.
