SAN JOSE (Costa Rica), Wed. There was no news today of the whereabouts of Senor Otiiio (Jlate, Conservative newspaper publisher whose rejection as President-elect caused the political crisis -which resulted in the rebellion.

Tne Government majority in the Congress voted on March 1 to void the Presidential elections held on February 8. in which Senor Ulate defeated the Governmental Presidential candidate, Senor Rafael Calderon Guardia.

It was reported today that Congress itself would select the new President rather than use its constitutional powers to hold a new national election.
