(Special.) AUCKLAND, This Day. An increase in the valuation of the Mt Albert borough from £5,560,000 last year to £8,954.514 following a complete revaluation of the borough has resulted in the rate of 4 l-5d in the £.struck last year being reduced to 3d in the £.
