Attention is drawn to the provisions of Section 4 of the Dog Registration Amendment Act, 1938, to the effect that, in addition to the fee payable under the principal Act for the registration of a dog, there shall be payable in respect to the supply of an approved remedy for the prevention of hydatid disease, a fee of a prescribed amount (fixed by regulation at 1/- for each dog registered), ( and until payment of the additional fee. registration shall not be deemed to have been duly made.
