Black-out Returning
(Rec. 3 p.m.) LONDON, August 22. The blackout is returning to Britain because of the coal shortage, says the "Daily Express.” The Minister for Fuel (Mr E Shin well) announced that he had been reluctantly compelled to a.sk local authorities to put out street lights at midnight. They also should be asked to consider additional economies, such as reduction in the number of lights in side streets
