Mrs. Meredith Gunscn, presided. A report on the- provincial meeting was given by the delegates, Mesdames Steedman and Kernohan. Luncheon was served by the hostess. Last Saturday evening, 45 guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. Steedman celebrated the birthday of their son. Flying-Officer John Steedman. Ente.iainment took the form of card games, dancing and music. A dainty supper was served by the hostess, the birthday cake being the handiwork of Mrs Bert Cuff, Flying-Officer Steedman's sister. Mr. Magee made a congratulatory speech, and musical honours were accorded the guest of the evening.
