No Election For Dargaville Borough

MR. W. L. HUGHES, who has been returned unopposed for the Dargaville Mayoralty, the sitting Mayor (Mr. R. Gibson) not seeking re-election, was chairman of the finance committee in the retiring council. A solicitor, he is a well-known bowler and a visitor to Whangarei greens for open tournaments.
