Served on Bay of Islands Hospital Board for last term', identified with youth ol' district in fostering football and basketball sports; also on school committee and Bay of Islands Swordfish and Alako Shark Club.
MR. A. W. MULLIGAN. Very well known as the former Wailangi Estate caretaker, and associated with patriotic and sports bodies in the liay of Islands. Recently retired to Russell. Late Secretary for Internal Affairs.
MR. H. S. WILLIAMS.—Served overseas in last %viir. and up to recently in this war in home defence. Member of the board several years; present chairman of Hall Committee; prominent, howler.
MR. D. H. WOODCOCK.—Storekeeper came frniit London 20 years ago. in nearly Hi years in Russell has been school committee treasurer three years, held rank of lieutenant in Home Guard, commanding three units. Town Board me"iiber four years, also serves on 'Russell Hall Committee.
