Mrs. George Edge is holidaying in Auckland.
Mrs. D. Nathan and family are living in Otaika Valley, in the home recently vacated by Mr. and Mrs. Dobson Tito.
..Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Hayward and family have taken up residence on their farm, acquired several months ago from Mr. L. Wright. A second dance held in the Otaika Hall by the Toetoe Maori Women’s Committee, in aid of the Toetoe Maori baby, proved even more successful than the first, the net proceeds being £ls/10/-. Hita’s ot> chest ra provided the music.
A Monte Carlo was won by Mr. and Mis. ivtaini. of Whangarei. and a spot waltz by Major Porter and Miss Davis. Miss Irene Nathan gave an exhibition of tap-dancing, and songs were sung by Mr. Frank Cress and the Kiwi Football Club boys.
