WELLINGTON, Saturday. The question of whether or not conscientious objectors should be allowed to vote at the forthcoming elections was raised by Mr E. B. K. Gordon (Opp.-Rangitikei). in a notice of a question to the Minister in Charge of the Electoral Department. He asked if it were the intention, of the Government to permit those persons who had refused to fight for their country to vote at the forthcoming general election or a: any other elections within the next 10 years.
