Must Win In 1943 Or Face Defeat - Tokio

NEW YORK, March 7

Tokio radio has indicated that official Japan believes she must win the war in 1943 or face defeat. It quoted Tojo as saying that 1943 is the year in which the issue of the world war must be decided. The Japanese are mobilising the rich natural resources in greater East Asia and are concentrating Japan's power for the defeat of America and Britain.
