Freedom For All After War, Says Nash
(Rec. 11 a.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 20. Freedom for all must be guaranteed after the war, declared Mr Walter Nash, New Zealand representative In the United States, addressing a victory rally at the Metropolitan Opera House. It can be done, he said, and members of the British Commonwealth of Nations will co-operate. The British Commonwealth of Nations has shown that all can have freedom within collectively guaranteed security. This was proved in 1940. when Britain was standing alone. New Zealanders and Australians helped to defend her shores.
