Water For Phosphorus Bombs
(Rcc. 2 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 13. The Germans recently dropped a new phosphorus incendiary, causing injuries. As a result, people were warned that if phosphorus spatters them, they must keep it damp until first-aid is rendered, and must not apply grease or ointment.
