Increased Sales By North Power Board

Sales of electricity by the North Auckland Electric-power Board during the year which ended on March 31, amounted to £86,520, compared with £75,796 the previous year, an increase of 14.15 per cent. The readings for February and March produced £15,687 as against £15,158 for the two previous months of December and January and £14,497 for February and March the previous year. The sales for the last two months compared with the corresponding months last year represented an increase of 8.21 per cent. These figures were submitted to the monthly meeting of the board at Dargaville today by the secretary (Mr. S. P. Day).
