Australian P.M. Arrives In Auckland
[Special to “Northern Advocate”! AUCKLAND, This Day.
The Prime Minister of Australia (Mr. Menzies) arrived in Auckland this afternoon by Pan-American Clipper from the United States, after a four months’ round-the-world tour. Mr. Menzies was met on arrival by the acting Prime Minister (Mr. Nash), and will be the guest of the Government at a dinner at the Grand Hotel tonight. ■ He will be accorded a civic reception by the Mayor (Sip Ernest Davis) tomorrow afternoon.
