Yugoslavia Warns She Will Fire On Planes Violating Frontier
(Received 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, April 29. Repeated German flights over the northern frontier of Yugoslavia are believed to be the chief reason for the Yugoslav Government’s announcement that foreign military aeroplanes violating the frontiers will be fired on, s.ays a Belgrade message. Yugoslavia has informed Italy, Germany and Hungary of this decision. Recently eight German planes crossed the frontier in one day. The Bulgarian Minister (M. Popoff) says a Sofia message, stated: “I do not see any immediate danger threatening our neighbours, but if danger appears Bulgaria will be a loyal member of the Balkan family and do nothing to weaken mutual' confidence necessary for Balkan prosperity.”
