(Received 11 a.m.) ANKARA, April 26. The first rich oil deposits in Turkey have been found in the district of Besiri. They justify hopes that they will eventually meet all Turkey’s own requirements. The most modern equipment is being rushed to the spot, particularly by Britain. •
