Campbell, G. M. Robertson, J. A. S. Mac Kay, W. H. Millington, W. A. Christiansen. Spencer Day, Clinton Dent. A. M. Hart and A. H. Crane. Misses Evelyn Cleary and Joan Mirrielees. Contract bridge was played at Mrs C. E. Woolley's home in Main's Avenue on Wednesday afternoon. The drawing room was beautifully arranged with bowls of guinea golds and African marigolds. The hostess, wearing a smart black georgette frock, received the guests, among whom were: Mesdames W. H. Millington, John G. Robertson. R. C. Napier. A. H. Crane, Harold Cotter, Spencer Day, W. J. Orr and H. E. G. Smith.
Mrs M. Hutchings, of Dent Street, is spending a holiday with friends in the Weiisford and Port Albert districts, and later will probably go on to Auckland.
