Receipts to March 31 last of Northland Zone A Patriotic Area totalled £l3Ol 10/, the treasurer reported to the zone executive meeting last night. The sum was madeup as follows: Whangarei. £922 10/; Otamalea, £26 13/; Bay of Islands, nil; Hokianga, £SB; Mangonui, £4O 11/; Whangaroa, £l6B 16/; Hobson, £B4 18/. ■ Main items of expenditure in the zone imprest account were: Advertising, £8 7/; office supplies, £7 13/10; travelling expenses, £59 4/7; postages, telegrams, toll calls, etc,, £l3 8/3. Patriotic purposes expenses totalled £ll2 10/1, of which the main expense was wool, accounting for £94 18/. Gift parcels cost the zone £lO 2/3.
