Mataura’s M.P. Enlists
[Per Press Association. Copyright.] GORE, This Day. The enlistment of Mr T. L. Macdonald, M.P. for Mataura, is announced. His name went forward two months ago, and he was medically examined on Wednesday. Mr Macdonald served with the Auckland Mounted Rifles in the last war. He is a married man with one child. He was elected to the House at the 1938 election, when he stood as a Nationalist.
