British - Rumanian Trade Relations Move
(Received 3 p.m.) RUGBY, February 23. Rumania’s reply to the recent British inquiry concerning the functions of the newly-formed Rumanian Oil Board, and the question of Rumanian oil supplies to Germany, is regarded in official jbbnflort quarters as forming an adequate basis for further discussion designed to improve trade relations between the two countries. The Rumanian and British Governments are. now in close contact for thd purpose of achieving this aim.
