Wellington Bowling Club’s Safe Blown For Third Time

tPer Press Association. Copyright . 3 WELLINGTON, This Day. Blowing open the safe in the Wellington Bowling Club’s pavilion at 9.50 last evening, thieves stole a small amount of money. Residents in the vicinity heard the explosion, but the robbery was not discovered until early this morning, when the caretaker found a cash box on one of the greens. The club has been unlucky, as last night’s burglary was the second with in a fortnight and the third in three months. Apart from damage to the safe, the club’s loss' has been small in each case.
