ISvecia! to ‘‘Northern Advocate." I AUCKLAND, This Day.
The Court of Review, which lias just been sitting in Auckland under Mr Justice Johnston since September 30, will conclude its Auckland business on Friday, November 4. and will not sit here again this year. The court has had to deal with about 260 appeals against decisions of adjustment commissions in mortgage cases.
The court’s next sitting will be in Whang,arei. and the associated registrar. Mr W. W. King, will proceed there next Monday to make , fixtures in the afternoon. There are about 120 cases for the Court to deal with at Whangarei.
