The secretary of the New Zealand Jockeys' Association has received advice from the Racing Conference that the trustees of the Accident, Fund have decided to increase the board allowance for injured riders to LI 7/6 a week. In June, the allowance was increased from £1 to £l/5/-. and further increase will be appreciated by all riders.
