NORTHLAND TRIBE
“A dvocate” OlTioe, Water St.. Whangarei. Tuesday. June* 14 103 ft. Bear Northlandcvs — It’s, an exciting - week. Our first cine show is to be given this afternoon, Whau Valley has the distinction of being - the first to benefit. Tomorrow special arrangements have been made for North landers at Hikurangi. Later on in the week we’re going further alield, and on Saturday are journeying to the Northern Wairoa, where we will meet. Young Norlhlanders at Tangiteroria. Kauri, Tapuhi, Maromaku and Knaiailgata arc ethers with arrangements for a meeting iu train, I hear from Kaikohe that a certain young lady’s prophecy concerning her brother’s enthusiasm is only too' well founded, and there’s every possibility of an urgent demand coming from this district in the not tori distant future. Oakleigh is another place where preparations for H.Q. are being made. The cine scheme was greeted with enthusiasm. The Princess and 1 are most anxious to meet you all. From letters—even if the Mailbag has been squeezed out these last few weeks —we’ve got to know hundreds of Northlanders. And now we’re to meet them. The prospects are definitely exciting. A new era for the Club commences today. We feel there are even happier’ times than ever in store for members of the Northland Tribe. Best wishes,
Kangatira, Northland Tribe.
