The course was in excellent order for the Opotiki Jockey Club’s'meeting at Tauranga on Saturday. The fine weather attracted a large attendance, and the totalisator handled £17,510 10/-, compared with 19,370 10/- last year, when the meeting was held on the King’s Birthday.—
