Silver Coat Leads All The Way At Rosehill

(Received 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, June 20. The New Zealand-bred gelding. Silver Coal, by Pink Coat, led all the way in the hurdle race at the Rosehill meeting yesterday, when heavy rain fell throughout the day. Patience was unplaced in the first division of the Maiden Juvenile Stakes, and Maori Maid was unplaced in the second division. Limoux and Dutiful were unplaced in the Parramatta Mile. Results;— Hurdles Race, of 150 sovs; one mile
and a half.—Silver Coat (N.Z.-bred), 9.2, 1; Bowthorne, 9.10, 2; Crunatus, 10.8, 3. Ten started. Three-quarters of a length; four lengths. Time—2.43. Dundas Handicap, of 200 sovs; seven furlongs.—Beaupre, 7.11, 1; High, 8.6, 2; Might Not, 7.9, 3. Sixteen started. A long head; two lengths. Time-^-1.29. Rosehill June Handicap, of 175 sovs; one mile and three furlongs.—Tapestry, 7.12, 1; Cid, 8.3, 2; Fair Diana, 7.11, 3. Eight sta'rted. Three-quarters of a length; a length. Time—2.23.
