Aberhart Beaten On Motion For Adjournment

(Received 10 a.m.) EDMONTON, March 25. After being beaten on a motion for adjournment by 27 votes to 25, the Premier of Alberta, Mr William Aberhart, gave notice of the closure of the Budget debate upon its resumption on Monday. The Government spokesman says that, if the Budget is defeated, the Government will resign. Twenty-one insurgents demand the immediate launching of a definite plan for social credit on .the lines laid down by Major Douglas. r
