Horeke
Mr C. Schrafft was the guest of honour at a farewell party, held at the home of Mr and Mrs Rose, of Horeke. There was a large gathering present. Bridge and 500 were the chief features of the evening. A further presentation followed, by Mr Blundell, in the form of a cheque from the Waihou Tennis Club, of which Mr Schrafft was a member. The speaker also took the opportunity of thanking Mr and Mrs Rose for the use of their residence for this most enjoyable function. Personal. Mrs G.
