Stout, S.M., of Cyril Christian Hayes, aged 21, labourer, who appeared before him in the Police Court yesterday on two charges of unlawfully converting motor cars. “Yes,” replied accused. “I pushed it only two yards from the garage, when I thought I was disturbed. I was very nervous.” “Then I will make you a bit move nervous,” replied the magistrate. “You will be sentenced to three month’s on each charge-cumulative.”
