BIG PRESS INTERESTS
REARRANGEMENTS EFFECTED. (Received Noon). LONDON, January 5. “Owing to a great expansion of their newspaper publishing interests,” Lord Camrose, Lord Kemsley and Lord Iliffe have made the following rearrangements:— Lord Camrose has acquired Lord Kemsley’s interest in the “Daily Telegraph,” also the major portion of Lord Iliffe’s holding, but the latter peer will continue as a director. Lord Camrose has sold Lard Kemsley his holdings in Allied Newspapers, Ltd,, from the board of which he has resigned. Lord Kemsley will replace him as chairman, and Lord Iliffe will be deputy chairman. Lord Iliffe has acquired a controlling interest in Kelley’s Directoire. and succeeds Lord Camrose as chairman. Lord Kemsley and Lord Iliffe will resign from the boards of Amalgamated Press and Financial Times, Ltd., as Lord Camrose has acquired their holdings. "A i J ■
