Procera Bread Process (N.Z.), Ltd., earned a net profit of £4,111 in the year ended September 30, taking no account of international t transactions, which the directors state will be reflected in the accounts for the current, year. A dividend of 121 per cent is recommended, and £1144 will be carried forward.

G (14.8) per cent lead; 8.2 (8.7) ozs. silver a ton; 10.6 (10.5) per cent zinc; lead concentrates, 6,660 (5,160) tons; zinc concentrates, 6,520 (4,600) tons. The decreased production ini the previous four weeks was due to operations being suspended from September 30 to October 6, owing to industrial disputes.
GEAR MEAT DIVIDEND [Per Press Association. Copyright .l WELLINGTON, This Day. The Stock Exchange Association has been advised that the Gear Meat Preserving and Freezing Company, of New Zealand, Ltd., has decided to recommend to shareholders at the annual meeting on December 17 a final dividend of 6d a share for the year ended November 30, which, together v/ith an interim dividend of 3d, will make a total payment for the year of 9d a share.
