Stanley Bashford, aged 19 years. r Leslie Hansen, aged 18 years. Mr Bashford was killed outright, an d Hansen died in hospital early yesterday afternoon.

A third cyclist, Mr Arnold Barlow, was thrown into a hedge and suffered minor injuries. The driver of the car suffered cuts on the arms and head from the broken windscreen. The boys had attended the Church °f Christ at Spring Grove and had proceeded only a short distance when the accident occurred.
