CHANGES AT BOLTON STREET.—The old wooden picket fence has been, removed on the Bolton Street frontage of Wellington’s most central cemetery. A certain amount of clearing work has also been done in preparation for the erection of an up-to-date concrete wall the design of which has yet to be decided.
