From January 15 a night letter telegram service will be introduced between New Zealand and the following places, at the rates indicated. Chatham Islands. —4s 2d for twentyfive words, 2d each additional word. Tonga, Apia, Rarotonga, Niue—Bs 4d for twenty-five words, 4d each additional word.
