Girls: Winner, Mane Donaldson (Selwyn High School, Christchurch); next in merit, Marion Calcopp (District High School, Te Karaka); Mary Kemp (Diocesan High School, Auckland).
Intermediate.—Boys; Winner, Douglas Earl Reid (Waitaki Boys’ High School); next in merit, Malcolm R. Rennford (John McGlashan College, Dunedin); Percival Johnston. (District High School, Marton). Girls: Winner, Shirley Roe (High School, Rotorua); next in merit, Selma England (Whangarei High Sfchool); Margaret Smith (Granity District High School).
