PREPARATION OF ROLLS. REGISTRATION DUTY. [Per Press' Association. — Conyrlgnt.l WELLINGTON, This Day. The preparation of the rolls for the general election this year is reported to be well in hand. Under the Electoral Act persons are required to register immediately they have qualified, and they are also required to notify the registrar of electors concerned of any change in address. The Chief Electoral Officer said yesterday, that the general rolls would close in the ordinary course of events about the end of June. They would then be printed and copies would be distributed to post offices and other places for the perusal of thoSe interested.
