Forty thousand persons crowded the bowl of Hie ringside, and seats were at a premium, speculators asking .inn dollars each for Ho-kels, Camera seemed destined to have dillicultv in obtaining' Ills share of the purse. In the eleventh fighting was resumed, and Baer sent Hie champion down for a count of two. He rose, but was obviously iu siidi poor condition that the referee stopped the fight, according Baer a win ou a technical knockout.
