The New Zealand horse, Tea Trader, which was to have run in the Olympic Hotel Stakes, of six furlongs, today, did not compete. Neither Winooka, who was scheduled to gallop, nor Tea Trader, appeared on the track. Without satisfactory opposition in sight, Tea Trader’s backers said they held out for an expected race later in the week. Winooka’s training was held up by a slight cough last night, and early today. Other horses at the Long Acres track have been suffering from a similar cough. It may be necessary to postpone Winooka’s match with Onrush on August 19 for a week. A decision will be made later this week,'
