HIGH SCHOOL CONCERT

PREMIERE TONIGHT. WELL-BALANCED PROGRAMME. “Good wine needs no bush,” consc* fjuer.tly it is almost unnecessary to dilate upon the excellent fare the pupils of the High Behool have in store for the public of Whangarei at their annual concert, which will be staged in the Town Halt tonight and tomorrow night. The reputation for superior entertainment which lias been bniit up in the four previous annual concerts is in itself a strong recommendation, and a perusal of the programme indicates that tonight’s entertainment is quite up to standard. Every form, boys and girls, from the first to the sixth, will be represented, and the attractions range from short plays to tableaux and rhythmic dancing. The topical song- will, as usual, be a feature.
