IN HANDS OF BRIGANDS
BRITISH STEAMER’S OFFICERS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 2 p.m.) RUGBY, July 14. The British Vice-Consul at Mukden, Mr Clarke, has received information /hat the three British officers, members of the crew of the steamer Nanchang, are still in the hands of brigands. Local authorities are continuing their efforts to secure their release.
