ANOTHER VETERAN EXPIRES. DUE TO BULLET WOUND. (Received 10 a.m.) WASHINGTON, August 2. Eric Carlson, aged OS, one of the "Bonus Army” and a resident of Oakland, (California) died today from a bullet wound sustained in last week’s fight with the police and bonus marchers. A military funeral to Arlington National Cemetery will be held on Tuesday by military organisations for William Hushka, the first victim. Two. policemen were exonerated by the coroner’s jury for shooting the "bonus" marchers.
