CAR CAPSIZES
OCCUPANT KILLED. (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) PALMERSTON' N., Tins Day. Frank Ostyke, a boxmakcr, ol ! Sedcole Street) Pahiatua, a married man with two children, was killed at an early hour yesterday morning when the car in which he was a passenger capsized at a bend about half a mile from Palmerston North. Albert Butcher, driver of the ear, a five-seater, and William Baden Mills, both of Pahiatua, escaped with shock, bruises and minor cuts. The party had been to Feilding for the day and were returning home via Palmerston North. When turning a sharp cornfr the car skidded and capsized into a ditch, the deceased being pinned underneath. Messrs Mills and Butcher, assisted by a gas works employee, lifted the car and extricated the injured nwm, who died shortly afterwards.
