Later he opened the scoring by kicking a goal from a penalty. Baker then scored a try, but failed with the kick at goal.—City o, Kamo 0. Ruddoll, for Kamo, and Shandley, for City, each essayed a penalty kick at goal without adding to the score and shortly before half-time, Baker again notched a try. Mcgson failed at goal. —City 8, Kamo 0. Play after half-time evened and for fpiite a long time no scores were made until Mcgson secured a nice try from an opening mode - by Bushell. Baker failed to add the major points. —City 11, Kamo 0. Bowycr opened Kamo’s account with a try which Ruddell converted with a neat kick. —City 11, Kamo d. City came again and Mcgson succeeded in getting over after a .strenuous battle. Baker failed at goal.— City 14, Kamo d. Kamo now instituted a. series of attacks from one of which Tipene crossed. Ruddell failed to send the oval over the bar. —City 14, Kamo S. The last score was obtained by Be.eston for City and, Shandley added another two points by goaling.—City 19, Kamo 8. Mr J. F. Johnson was referee.
