OFFICIAL EXPLANATION,
(Australian Press Association.) (Received 8,30 a.m.). LONDON, June 12. The Dail Eireann President, Mr W. T. Cosgravc, has issued the statement that the Governor-General, iii refusing to attend a gathering where the National Anthem an'di not the "Soldiers ’ Song" is played, is acting on the advice of the Executive Council.
